Front End Developer 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our software development team by building high quality applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features in our SaaS products
  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional software components
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers
  • Assist with testing, debugging, and fixing frontend related issues

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Angular and Typscript, including latest features and best practices
  • Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Angular Material, Tailwind CSS)
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP concepts

DevOps Engineer

We are currently looking to expand our team with a engineer who will support an uninterrupted reliable and effective use of IT resources by both internal employees and external customers. We are looking for someone that is proactive, curious by design – eager to learn new tools  and advance their skills, and a great team player.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
  • Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management
  • Monitor system performance and implement observability solutions
  • Ensure security compliance through automated scanning and policy enforcement
  • Optimize system reliability through implementing SRE practices
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in application and infrastructure
  • Lead incident response and implement post-incident improvements

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
  • CI/CD tools expertise (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD)
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
  • Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
  • Configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar
  • Scripting proficiency (Python, bash, or javascript)
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance automation
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including VPC architecture
  • Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL)

What you will be doing (hopefully):

  • Work cross-functionally internally and externally to ensure that requirements are met and completed on schedule,
  • Prepare and manage project plans for onboarding new clients,
  • Identify risks and dependencies for implementation. Follow-up with customer to resolve,,dependencies and manage issues and bottlenecks in the implementation process,
  • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, or other results.
  • Responsible for the quality, accuracy, completeness and usability of the documentation,
  • Communicate with the support team to analyze issues, dependencies and risks and work with product owners and development team to plan solutions and improvements,
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and customers.

 

What you should know/have:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required to drive multiple complex implementations simultaneously,
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate extensive interactions in a matrixed organization, and with multiple large-scale customers,
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills. Proven experience in working on client site are highly desirable,
  • Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and self-accountable for achieving implementation and customer satisfaction targets,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to regularly communicate with executive leadership internally and externally,
  • Fluent in Macedonian and English language.

  • Expertise in technical analysis of large-scale software development projects,
  • Knowledge regarding hospital/clinical workflows and processes,
  • Project management certificate,
  • Experience implementing healthcare software solutions or working at health institution using comprehensive software solutions to manage the processes,
  • Experience in QA role for enterprise grade software project,
  • Great sense of humor, but to actually have one, not just to think you have one (that would be worse than having none 🙂
